Nestled at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, this park boast large red rock formations and plenty of fun trails to wander down. This was also Otis’ first official hiking experience and, I have to say, he did great! Unlike HRH King Hazen who insisted on being carried after 30 minutes of deigning to walk among his mortal subjects. The park was packed – MUCH more crowded than our past experiences in winter – but still enjoyable. If you’re ever in the area, we highly recommend stopping to take in the epic scenery! Enjoyed this blog. Those boys are lucky, and spoiled. It’s a good thing Russell can keep his balance while rock climbing with both arms full. Great photos! Reply
